Ingredients
  

  • 2 liters of water
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 white onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 potatoes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • First wash the vegetables and clean them. So peel the carrot, remove the final part and the leaves from the celery, continue removing the stalk from the tomato and finally peel the onions and potatoes.
  • Place everything in a large pot and cover with 2 liters of water. Let it boil for 50 minutes and when cooked add salt and pepper.
  • In conclusion, with a colander, filter the broth to collect all the vegetables.
  • NOTE: If you prefer, you can also add ginger or lemon or orange zest to the vegetables, to give the broth an even more aromatic flavor.
